Coding with Electronics Workshop - 9th May 2021

Auckland Council and the Tech Shed is organising a FREE community workshops starting 9th of May 2021 at Avondale Library, Avondale, Auckland.
These workshop are aimed at inspiring our community about latest digital technologies such as Arduino with a broad focus on principles of STEM subjects.

These beginners workshops would provide the participants with a hands-on Arduino learning experience. The participants will embark on a fun filled ride that will end with them being able to create their own fully automated Electronics project and much more! Over the course of four fun filled workshops, the participants would be introduced to the fundamentals of electronics such as Voltage, Current, Resistance. They would then learn the basics of computer programming using Arduino and along the way have plenty of hands-on learning opportunity by building real world projects control for an LED Light, Alarm/Buzzer and even making their own music The sessions will come to a close with a discussion about its uses in robotics and a demo.
